Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Your chosen shipping method does not determine the prioritization of your order. Please consider possible delays of your shipment due to COVID-19 at this time.

Return Policy

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed. By purchasing from FrostByte Jewelry and Accessories, you agree to these terms and conditions. 

Damaged/Lost

FrostByte Jewelry and Accessories is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipment. If you receive broken items, please contact the shipping carrier or email frostbytejewelryacc@gmail.com to file a claim. 

Refund Policy

You have three days from the expected delivery date to contact the CEO about a refund. If approved, you will be refunded on your original form of payment. Confer with your bank for the time period.
