Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Add an additional 2 to 6 business days for your actual delivery. Your chosen shipping method does not determine the prioritization of your order. Please consider possible delays of your shipment due to peak seasons and other related instances.
Return Policy

Damaged/Lost
FrostByte Jewelry and Accessories is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipment. If you receive broken items, please contact the shipping carrier or email contact.frostbytejewelryacc@gmail.com to file a claim.
Refund Policy
You have 24 hours from your purchase date to contact the CEO about a refund. If approved, you will be refunded on your original form of payment. Confer with your bank for the time period.
